I was elected President of my students’ union in 2013 and to say I was thrown in at the deep end would be an understatement! Alongside working on the promises in the manifesto, I was at the start of what would become a quite lengthy turnaround process for my Students' Union.

After my two years as President, I left the students’ union sector to work in Management Consulting specialising in the Financial Services sector. I have led on project managing various implementation strategies for Banks across different functions, developing good governance models and process improvements. I have also been working with my firm in recruitment and support of newly hired associates.

I am delighted to be back in the SU sector again working with Coole Insight on both the Student Officer Support Programme, and its sister support programme working with student governors.
