Amy is excited to be able to work alongside the brilliant Coole Insight team and support them with their administration duties. Amy met Steve at an NUS exec officer training weekend when she was part of my College’s Student Union. Amy studied at Bath Spa University to train as an Early Years teacher and became the Equality and Diversity officer and enjoyed supporting a variety of campaigns and events within her union.

Her work life since university has been a varied one, working in the education sector, followed by a stint in the wedding industry. But she's back in the education sector, firstly as PA to the principalship where she supported the Director of HE, the team around her and the lecturers with their administration duties and now, as the EPA Contracts and Processes manager. Amy supports the assessors and TDMs to get apprentices through Gateway and to their EPAs at her local college, which is proving to be a varied and interesting role.
