Hi, I'm Molly and I accidentally fell into my path in Students' Unions back when I was a student - firstly as Women's Officer, then Vice President (Services & Engagement) then President at the University of Essex Students' Union. I'm not exaggerating when I say SUs have changed my life; being an officer during the early and then latter challenges presented by COVID-19 after graduating with a degree in sociology was totally transformative, a very steep learning curve in senior leadership and crucial student representation, which embedded my career path fully.

Straight out of being an officer, I worked in Student Voice at Northampton Students' Union for over a year, and now I am in my current role at Warwick Students' Union as Projects and Campaigns Manager. My passion and experience lie within effective membership services offerings (democracy, governance, voice, and campaigns) and mentoring and coaching sabbatical and part time officers in order to transform their manifesto ideas into reality. I have played a key role in two governance reviews at both strategic and operational levels, and I am enthusiastic about creating and maintaining effective and positive organisational culture and the fundamental value of the role that Students' Unions play in the student experience.

At Coole Insight, I look forward to using my skills to support officers, develop and work on policy, governance and impact, and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
