My Story
Suki is a qualified legal professional, Legal Advice Services regional manager, Student Union Advice Manager and mediator. Suki has worked in both private practice and third sectors including at Shelter where she specialised in Housing Law, Debt Management, Community Care Law and Welfare Benefits.
She has also practised in and represented on Employment Law cases. After graduating from University, Suki worked with a Racial Harassment Unit based in Birmingham but supported cases nationally including some high-profile cases. Most recently, Suki has provided DEI Consultancy to a Local Authority so she also understands Public Sector Equality Duties. Suki has dedicated the last ten years of her career to NTSU, where she has proudly served as the Advice Service Manager. During her tenure, she not only achieved the prestigious AQS qualification but has also diligently upheld it for more than nine years.
Moreover, she spearheaded the creation of a mediation service for students and played a pivotal role in facilitating a remarkable 400% surge in student engagement with the service.
Suki loves to spend quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys cooking and relaxing but also going for walks, especially around the South Downs whilst savouring the awe-inspiring views.
