I am currently the Chief Executive at the University of the Arts London and have also held CEO roles at both City Students' Union and LSESU. I have spent the last 15 years working in the student movement as a sabbatical officer and member of the NUS National Executive Committee and Democratic Procedures Committee as well as over a decade as a staff member including as a frontline co-ordinator in representation and democracy, manager and senior manager roles in membership services.

For the last 5 years I have also served in several leadership roles with the Association of College Unions International (ACUI).

I am really excited about joining Coole Insight Lt. From a student who jointed the women's rugby team on a dare to becoming Chief Executive of a Union, I understand the power that Unions have to change lives for the better. However, I am looking forward to exploring how we can be even better for both officers and staff who work throughout the movement through exploring our work on diversity, equity and inclusion, staff development, thought leadership and developing a greater international understanding in an increasingly globalised context!
