Nina has over 30 years of senior commercial experience across the leisure and hospitality sector. Before setting up her own agency Nina & Co. in 2011, Nina held numerous director level marketing and catering development positions with leisure companies, bar and nightclub operators, pub cos, and contract caterers. Nina also has a wealth of operational experience including managing a 17th century coaching inn, and a sailing and water sports holiday villa complex in Greece.

Nina is entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, flexible, and is totally passionate about all aspects of commercial food and drink marketing, and her particular strengths lie in brand and concept development, research, and insight of the student community, interpreting and bringing to life new market trends and commercial services reviews.

She has unrivalled expertise working with students’ unions and their institutions having worked with c. 45 unions on over 100 unique projects. In addition to her food and drink marketing specialisms, Nina has also supported over 40 students’ unions with their refurbishment and major capital development projects. This work includes providing full support to the SU and working with all key stakeholders, university teams and contractors from RIBA Stage 0 (we have an idea) to RIBA Stage 6 (launch.)

Nina also supports Banbury Young Homelessness Project (BYHP) with their life skills course in a voluntary capacity and she also is a Parish Councillor. Outside of work and volunteering she loves spending time going for long walks (that normally end up at a pub for a pint) with her husband Andy.
