I am absolutely thrilled to be joining Coole Insight Ltd as an associate consultant. Creating the conditions for marginalised groups to speak truth to power is a huge motivator for me, and I'm looking forward to helping Steve and the team to deliver on some of their core values, in particular to improving the depth and breadth of voices involved in educational policymaking.

I have 15 years' experience as a research and policy professional working across a broad spectrum of areas, bringing insight and fresh thinking from one project to another. I am creative and resilient, with a clear sense of priority, message, and impact. I look forward to having the platform with Coole Insight to put my strengths to good use, working across the full policy cycle, from research to analysis, to policy development, communications, stakeholder management, and campaigns.
