Jordan brings over 10 years’ experience in the Higher Education sector, having worked across both Students’ Unions and Universities. She has held a range of management roles across Student Experience, Student Success, Representation and Democracy, EDI and Student Engagement, leading a wide variety of student-centred initiatives and projects. A passionate advocate for student voice and co-creation, Jordan is committed to ensuring that students are placed at the heart of institutional decision-making.

More recently, Jordan has specialised in organisational transformation across the Higher Education and social care sectors, leading and supporting delivery and assurance functions within complex, multi-agency strategic change programmes.

She currently works within the Emergency Services sector, shaping and delivering strategic change management approaches that enhance organisational readiness, ensuring people, processes, and culture are aligned to successfully adopt new ways of working. With a strong focus on sustainable transformation, Jordan leads initiatives from concept through to implementation and benefits realisation, embedding lasting change.
